Return and Refund Policy

BOOKS ARE SOLD AS A SOFT COPY! NOT A HARD COPY!

 Refunds and returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. 

Thank you for supporting The Chrissy Collective and our healing-centered publications, including The Baobab Within. Each order is prepared and packaged with care. Due to the nature of printed and digital materials, the following policy applies.

All book sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once items have shipped or been delivered.

We will replace items if:

• The book arrives damaged
• The wrong item was sent
• There is a printing or binding defect
   

Replacement requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and include:

• Name
• Order number
• Photo of the item

Approved replacements are shipped at no additional cost.

The Chrissy Collective is not responsible for:

• Incorrect addresses entered at checkout
• Packages marked delivered but lost or stolen
• Carrier delays
   

Orders returned due to incorrect address require reshipping payment.

Orders may be canceled only if they have not shipped.
